Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

CunoPlus provides commercial wholesale distribution to registered businesses, retailers, and trade partners. To purchase under wholesale pricing, clients must maintain an active business profile and complete initial account verification.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All wholesale transactions are subject to Minimum Order Quantities per product category or total order value:

• Initial Orders: Standard minimum order threshold applies per product line.
• Re-orders: Flexible quantity thresholds based on account standing.

Orders falling below specified MOQs may be adjusted to standard trade rates or subject to handling surcharges.

3. Pricing & Quotations

Wholesale prices and catalogs shared via quotes or buyer accounts are confidential. Quotations issued by CunoPlus are valid for 14 business days unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to adjustment based on manufacturing cost variations and logistics fees.

4. Payment Terms

Unless custom commercial credit terms are pre-approved in writing by CunoPlus management:

• Standard wholesale orders require full payment prior to dispatch.
• Approved enterprise accounts may qualify for Net-15 or Net-30 payment structures based on trade credit evaluation.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase order submission. Once cargo processing or custom packaging has commenced, cancellations are subject to restocking fees.

6. Resale & Channel Guidelines

Buyers agree to market and sell CunoPlus products through approved commercial channels. Unauthorized listing on unauthorized third-party marketplaces or selling below Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines is strictly restricted.
